Due to the nature of these excursions, we recommend booking as soon as possible.
- Once the payment is completed you will receive the receipt and details of the excursion in the confirmation email.
- It is not necessary to print the receipt.
- Scotland’s weather can be very unpredictable. We recommend that you bring warm waterproof clothing and comfortable and appropriate shoes.
- The itinerary and stops may vary due to causes beyond our control, such as bad weather and other reasons beyond our reach.
Free! Cancel or modify your reservation for free up to 10 days before the tour. If the cancellation occurs in less than 5 to 10 days, we will reimburse you 50% of the reservation. If you cancel with less time of 5 days no refund can be offered.

What is the difference between a private and a regular tour?
On our regular tours the reservations are open to the public so that anyone can book and join the tour.
In our private tours, reservations are exclusive to you. You will enjoy a vehicle, driver-guide and exclusive itinerary all your own.
Can children travel?
On our private guided tours of Scotland you can travel with children of any age. We have special booster seats to comply with UK law. Please do advise us of any children travelling and their age so that we can comply with UK legislation.
What is the price of a private tour?
The price of a private tour depends upon the type of service, duration, and place of commencement.
In general, they have a higher price than our regular tours in the case of small groups. This is because the vehicle and guide costs remain the same as if we were catering for a larger group.
However, in the case of larger groups, you will save money!
Is it possible to make the reservation and pay everything at the destination?
Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee and reserve any place without first making a partial payment for the activity.
In what type of vehicle will be provided?
Depending on the size of the group, the tour will take place in vehicles of 8, 16 or 48 seats equipped with the latest safety devices.
Is there a minimum number of people for a private tour?
We do not have a minimum number. We can make a private tour for just one person, for a medium sized family or for larger groups.
