You can pay with any debit or credit card. The payment is 100% secure and is protected by a 2056 bit SSL protocol.
The price for each tour includes transportation, the services of your driver and tour guide. Food and drink are not included, as well as the entrance fees to buildings and other attractions.
Gift coupons are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They can be exchanged on the day after your purchase as long as there is availability on the tour.
CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
Unfortunately we can not take children under 5 years of age on our tours.
ARRIVAL TO THE TOUR
We recommend arriving at the meeting point of our excursions 15 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE since we can not wait for delayed passengers. This is due to special restrictions of the area and to ensure that there is enough time to enjoy each magical corner of the tour.
The return time are estimated. Due to causes beyond the company we can not guarantee these times. If you have any connections near the return of your tour, we recommend that you arrange a travel insurance or contact us if you have any other questions.
The minimum number of passengers for a tour to depart is 4. If these requirements are not met, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this case we will let you know in advance and an alternative or full refund will be proposed.
Our tours do not include accommodation in the price. If the accommodation within the specified price range is not available in any of your two preferences, we will discuss this with you before booking any alternative accommodation on your behalf.
By booking your accommodation or other services through us, you establish a direct contractual relationship with the corresponding provider and we act only as intermediaries, transmitting the data of your reservation to the relevant accommodation provider (or other service) and sending you a confirmation email in your name when you request it.
If you cancel your tour or accommodation outside the specified time range in cancellation policy, you may be responsible for the accommodation costs. In this case you must make the payment of it to Nessiehunters so that it is remitted to the corresponding provider.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The company reserves the right to cancel any tour exposed to exceptional circumstances beyond our control or when the number of passengers is less than the minimum, 4. In such cases we will relocate you in another tour or schedule, or give you a refund if you wish.
- For cancellations with a minimum of 3 days, the total amount of the tour will be refunded.
- If the cancellation occurs within three days of the tour, there will be no compensation.
- For cancellations with a minimum of 10 days, the total amount of the activity will be refunded.
- If cancellation occurs within ten days of the trip, there will be no compensation.
- There may be the occasion that you have to cover the cost of the accommodation even if you have notified us 10 days in advance. This is very unlikely and we will do everything possible to prevent this from happening.
- For cancellations of at least 10 days in advance, the amount will be refunded in full.
- If the cancellation occurs between 10 to 5 days prior to the tour, we will refund you 50% of the reservation.
- For cancellations of less than 5 days, there will be no refunds.
At Nessiehunters we appreciate any form of criticism or comment about the company, as it will help us to improve and give a better service. Any complaint must be sent to the team by email within 7 days after the activity.
We recommend our passengers to arrange a travel insurance to cover any possible incidents during the tour.
Nessiehunters reserves the right to alter the size and type of vehicle used in any tour.
The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary at any time due to weather conditions, traffic problems, availability of attractions or other circumstances beyond our control.
OTHER OPERATORS/THIRD PARTIES
Nessiehunters will not accept any liability in relation to suppliers (tourist attractions, accommodation, subcontracting of vehicles) except in the case that they are employees of the company.
Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles as well as alcohol consumption.
The company reserves the right to reject any customer whose conduct is the cause of the annoyance of other passengers. In that case there will be no refund of the money and the company will not be held responsible the passenger.
Nessiehunters is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience or damage caused by war, threat of war, terrorist attack, demonstrations, natural disasters, fires, diseases, weather conditions, road condition or mechanical / electrical failure of the coach.
Your data will be protected at all times. When making your reservation are giving us the consent to send you details of other products or services that we provide that may be of interest to you.
